2024 Graduation Ceremony

Graduations tend to be bittersweet as students move forward to a new stage of their lives. The graduation ceremony for our graduating Flying Dragon Class was no different as we celebrated the accomplishments of our eight graduating fifth graders and shed some tears when it came time to say goodbye for the summer. All of the students in our Full Day K-5 Program gathered together on Friday, May 31, at the Louis Campus for one final presentation to share their learning with their peers and all Cornerstone families. Each class took the stage to share about what they had been learning about in their classes. Topics students presented ranged from facts about the rainforest to the importance of showing compassion for others and throughout the ceremony, each graduating student took to the stage to reflect on their experiences at Cornerstone and give advice to the younger students. At the end of the ceremony, the students all sang one final song together to celebrate their accomplishments and say goodbye to the graduating fifth graders. Each class presented gifts and shared their best wishes for the graduates before departing for the summer. Needless to say, we reached the end of another fulfilling school year full of learning, laughter, and so many cherished memories. We eagerly anticipate seeing how our students will continue to learn and grow when they return to school for the next school year!
