2nd Grade End-of-Theme Performance

Last Thursday, October 16, the students thoroughly enjoyed practicing for their performance and had a great time collaborating with their classmates. We're incredibly proud of the effort they put into the show and how well they worked as a team!

During the End-of-Theme performance, the students performed the story of Cao Chong Weighing the Elephant. The story reflects the importance of approaching problems with an open mind and the ability to think critically and creatively, which is why it remains a popular and inspirational tale in Chinese culture. Our 2nd graders used this opportunity to discuss the importance of independent thinking, and provide examples from their daily life.

Thank you once again for attending — your support truly inspired our second graders and made them even more excited and enthusiastic about their performance. We look forward to seeing many more wonderful performances from them in the future!
