3rd Graders' End-of-Theme Performance: Geology

On October 17th, our 3rd graders celebrated their end-of-theme performance with their families and the community, around their social studies topic - geology.

They talked about the different types of sand they observed during their field trip and, in groups, shared their field trip experiences and the scientific knowledge they learned in English. Then, in groups, they performed what they had learned about the Earth's structure, plate movements, mountain formation, earthquake magnitudes, and more. Finally, they ended their presentation with a dance and a song.

Our 2nd graders demonstrated excellent teamwork by collaborating effectively with their partners and their innovative and skillful ideas significantly enriched this event. Each student felt a sense of pride in their contributions.
